Chucks are the most impractical shoe known to man. How they hold such an importance in scene fashion is incomprehensible. With soles made of concrete, Chucks are what make your knees give and your hips ache after a long day at Warped Tour. 

 

In any weather, Chucks suck. In summer, their rubber lined, suffocating design make your feet sweat like a fat man in a sauna. The pathetic attempt at aeration, two eyelets on the side of the sole, too small to let any air in hardly help. All they do is tease you and your sweat-soaked Invader Zim socks.
